Navigating the world of book publishing can be tricky – especially when it comes to marketing yourself. Do you need to have a huge platform to publish? How do you get new readers? What the heck is booktok anyway?  

This course will be a one-on-one call with you, the author, and will be a look inside the best practices for launching your book and marketing yourself as an author. This fundamentals course covers the different publishing methods, the most important marketing considerations for writers on each track, a survey of advertising, and promotional and marketing tools that all authors should be utilizing.

We will present the course, which will take approximately two hours. During the course, you can ask any questions along the way and we will answer everything we can for you about the industry or your individualized situation.
